Coaching Resource: New Instructional Lacrosse Video for Offensive Players
There is a great new instructional lacrosse video out for offensive players called "30 Days to Scoring Success." The video was created by Jim Mandler (Tufts '02) and Pat Myers (Ohio State '03). Myers played midfield for the Boston Cannons, was an assistant coach at Cornell, and is now the assistant coach and offensive coordinator at Bucknell. The video shows the individual workouts that Myers uses with his athletes at Bucknell. |
